Pompeii was one of the CakeWars maps on Minecraft Central. It was released on the 22nd of August 2017 and was created by Valk. This map was for the Team version of CakeWars. It was removed when Team CakeWars was removed as part of the Minigames Revamp on the 20th of May 2021.

There was an island for each team, 4 islands with Diamond Generators and a middle island that had 4 Emerald Generators. The team islands actually consisted of 3 smaller islands. They weren't naturally connected. The main team island had a cave with the ore spawner and shop Villagers. The second island had a big mushroom and a mention of the builder of the map. The third island was reserved for the cake. The colour coded part of the map were the flags that were on the team islands.
The Diamond Generator islands had big mushrooms and palm trees. The middle had a tall volcano that players could access from four corners. There was some lava running down the side of the volcano. The interior of the volcano was covered with stone. This map was similar to the Solo CakeWars map Volcanic Plains.
