Land of Bones is one of the Capture the Flag maps on Minecraft Central. It was released on the 1st of August 2015 and was created by Ichar. The map was updated on the 12th of August 2017 when the spawn point and flag position were swapped. It was removed on the 26th of August 2022 when Capture the Flag was removed. The map was added back when Capture the Flag made a return as a sub-server on the 14th of August 2023.
Description[]
The map is linear in shape with the bases being on opposite ends of the map. It consists of 3 large islands that are connected through bridges or parkour. In total there are 3 ways to get to the middle island, 2 of them being parkour and one of them a bridge. There are big mushooms and trees all over the map and there are even some skeleton structures scattered around it.
The bases are large hollow tree trunks that have two entry points, one of them being a doorway and the other a drop from above. The flag was previously located inside this hollow tree but later it was the spawning point of players.
